Have your rental plans changed ?

If your plans have changed and you would like to extend your current rental vehicle then call us on the number above, Monday to Sunday from 8am to 6pm, and select option 4 to discuss your options.

Please ensure you have your Rental Agreement or Reservation number available to give to the call handler who will then ask you a few questions to qualify you as the renter/payee.

The call handler will confirm the following with you:

• New date and time you wish to return the vehicle
• Location you wish to return the vehicle to or have it collected from
• Revised price to extend your rental
• Payment details for rental extension

If paying by debit or credit card the call handler will need to take an additional authorisation prior to confirming rental extension.
