• Quote your vehicle registration number
• The call handler will arrange for one of our breakdown recovery partners to attend to you.
• However, please note that, during busy periods or during inclement weather, our breakdown recovery partners may experience delays in attending to customers.

Our breakdown recovery partner will firstly assess the fault and attempt to repair at the roadside. In the event the fault cannot be repaired at the roadside they will arrange for the recovery of the vehicle and for all occupants of the vehicle to be taken to a safe place. If a replacement vehicle is required, they will pass the replacement vehicle *request to the relevant rental station to arrange directly with you as a matter of priority.

*Please note: In order to get you back on the road as quickly as possible we may not be able to provide you with a replacement vehicle matching your original rental vehicle.
