This will connect you to our 3rd Party Incident Helpline who will gather the required details and bring your through the process from start to finish and ensure that everything is taken care of.
You may need the following:
- Agreement number or vehicle registration number
- Contact details for the 3rd party driver(s) and the 3rd party vehicle registration number(s)
- Details of any injuries
- Photographs of the incident scene
In the event of a third party claim being received you may be contacted by a claim handler if further information is required. It is a requirement of our insurance policy that full cooperation is provided.
