Unrecorded Damage

Did you identify unrecorded damage ?

You will have received your rental agreement via email. Please take the time to review the existing recorded damage section located on the bottom left of your agreement.

It is important that you notify us of any unrecorded damage within 12 hours of your rental start time in accordance with our fair wear and tear policy External Link.

If you picked up your vehicle; if your vehicle was delivered outside daylight hours; or if you were not present when your vehicle was delivered, then please take the opportunity to check the vehicle over within the first 12 hours of your rental start time.
