Unrecorded Damage
Did you identify unrecorded damage ?
At the time of pick up or delivery, if you have identified additional damage or defects to your rental vehicle that is not recorded on the ‘existing damage’ section of your rental agreement document you should report this to a member of our team before setting off on your journey.
If you picked up your vehicle; if your vehicle was delivered outside daylight hours; or if you were not present when your vehicle was delivered, then please take the opportunity to check the vehicle over within the first 12 hours of your rental start time.
If you identify any additional damage not recorded on your rental paperwork please email damages@europcar.ie
It is important that you notify us of any damage within 12 hours of your rental start time.
- Quote your rental agreement number or vehicle registration number
- You will be required to provide details of the additional damage along with photograph
